Consent: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you authorize Spectrum Fence to send text messages to that number using automated or non-automated technology. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

How to Opt In: Customers may opt in by submitting our Contact Form, completing our Launch365 BookSmart appointment request form, using the Launch365 Chat Widget available on our website, providing verbal consent to a Spectrum Fence representative, or initiating a text conversation with us where permitted. Each digital opt-in method presents an SMS disclosure before submission.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After you reply STOP, we may send one final confirmation message. You will not receive additional text messages unless you opt in again. Reply START to resubscribe where supported.

- Property & Project Information: Property address, fence type, materials, gate style, photos of your property or existing fence, and other details you provide to help us prepare an estimate or complete a job.
- Payment Information: Billing details and payment information processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Financing Applications: If you apply for financing through a third-party lender we work with, information you submit is shared with that lender as described in Section 5.
- Communications: Messages, texts, emails, chat conversations, calls, and reviews you send us.
- Employment Applications: Resume, work history, and related information if you apply for a job with us.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, links clicked, time spent on the Site, and referring pages.

- Financing Partners: Application status from financing providers, where you've applied for financing through us.

- To Provide Estimates & Services: Scheduling site visits, preparing quotes, dispatching crews, and completing installation or repair work.
- To Process Transactions: Invoicing, payment processing, and financing applications.
- To Communicate With You: Appointment confirmations and reminders, job status updates, review requests, and support responses.
- To Improve Our Service: Understanding which pages and offers are useful so we can improve our Site and how we serve customers.

- Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your browser and our Site is protected with TLS/HTTPS.
- Access Controls: Access to your information is limited to team members and systems that need it to schedule and complete your project.
- Payment Security: Payment information is processed by a PCI-compliant payment processor; we do not store raw card numbers.
- Incident Response: If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we'll notify affected customers as required by applicable law.

8. Retention & Deletion
- Customer & Project Records: Retained for the length of any warranty period plus a reasonable time afterward for service history and legal/accounting purposes.
- Message Logs: SMS and email records retained for up to 2 years for compliance purposes.
- Billing Records: Retained up to 7 years in accordance with financial recordkeeping requirements.
- Website Logs: Retained for 90 days for security monitoring.
To request deletion of your personal data, email privacy@spectrumfence.com, use our Contact page, or call 770-367-2925. We'll process verified deletion requests within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain certain records (e.g., invoices, warranty documentation).
9. Email Marketing Communications
- Consent: We only send marketing emails to people who've opted in.
- Opt-Out: Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, honored within 10 business days per CAN-SPAM.
- Transactional Emails: Estimate confirmations, invoices, and service notifications are sent as needed for your project and are not affected by marketing opt-outs.
